Mindful Circus

Circus skills are very good for combatting stress and helping to focus attention. There is a real sense of achievement in learning new skills and it is a very gentle form of exercise and great fun. Before setting up Oopsadaisy,  I worked as a holistic therapist. My passion is using the skills in a theraputic way. 

We have workshops tailored to helping anxiety and depression, menopause symptoms, isolation in older people, confidence issues and reintroduction to exercise. 

We run wellbeing workshops for schools, community groups,  menopause groups etc

Recently we collaborate with Noah's ART to deliver an after-school club at All Saints School, Dukinfield for students, to develop an Exam Stress toolbox. We combined pet therapy, circus skills, music , drama and meditation. This was so successful that we will repeat it.
